At Zach Bryan Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your merchandise; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour items and autographed memorabilia are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in unwashed, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
